Hello OKC Metro Friends! Now that summer is over and Fall is here, I feel like a road trip. Are you with me?! Yes, the road is definitely calling! I’m so excited about planning a good road trip soon, and this time of year, there are some amazing day trips near or around the OKC Metro area! In my research for Oklahoma Day Trips, I was pleasantly surprised with all of the AWESOME, nearby places to visit and EXPLORE!
Let’s be real. Oklahoma is not that bit compared to our southern neighbor, Texas. And what that means to me is I can visit and explore several amazing places in a single day!
Exploring our community is one of my most favorite things to do! But like many of us, I stay so busy and don’t make time to get in my car and do a road trip. OR, I plan ahead and book a flight to some far off destination. And while those can be a lot of fun, there is something heartwarming to me when I visit small, quaint places off the beaten path. Also, I end up feeling so KNOWLEDGEABLE about our BEAUTIFUL state and all it has to offer! It’s important to me to know amazing places to visit than just the OKC Metro area. Are you with me?! If so, here’s a list of the Top 15 Oklahoma Day Trips and road trips I want to take this fall and hope you will too!
