I could not be any happier bringing my lovely seller together with my sweet buyers to make all involved super happy. I love any chance I can bring my buyers and my sellers together for a WIN WIN deal all the way around. Because Bringing Buyers & Sellers Together…is what I have experience doing!

The Seller

This was the case with my seller who wanted to downsize and was ready to sell her stunning Heritage Hills home. I worked closely with her and analyzed the market so we could price it well and get it listed.

The Buyers

Fortunately, I was working with some buyers here were selling their home in Eastern Oklahoma. They wanted to move to OKC and be closer to their children and grandchildren. The really like the Heritage Hills area and we looked at 2-3 properties that week. And fortunately, my buyers kept circling back to my sellers property.

The Deal

After some brief negotiations, we were under contract. I value so much that my buyers and seller trusted me enough to handle and execute both sides of this contract. That was a HUGE responsibility and fortunately all were very please on closing day when this property was sold at $700,000
