How & Where We Found It
So this past weekend I went to the Plaza District Festival with friends. We had a great time! While we were there we went came across a new restaurant. It had literally opened just a few days before. It is Ma Der Lao Kitchen and we were able to get right around lunchtime. We had not heard of it before and we were excited to try it. I’m always looking for a Business of the Week to feature and hoped this one be one. Boy were we pleasantly SURPRISED! 
And guess what happened? It made BUSINESS OF THE WEEK featuring Ma Der Tao Kitchen!
Why We Loved It
The food was AMAZING and the service was SPECTACULAR! Some of the people in my group were completely vegan/plant based and the waiter did not even blink. It’s headed by well known local Chef, Jeff Chanchaleune, and the place is great! In fact, the chef came out to our table on the patio and shared with us what he was about to specially prepare. It was so delicious even the meat eaters wanted a try! Everything from the sticky rice to the family style servings were delicious AND packed with a spicy kick! 
We were so happy we stumbled upon Ma Der and I, for one, will be going back! I highly recommend you check this place out if you are looking for a new place and some savory Asian Cuisine!
