Chef Ben Grossmann has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, serving everything from french fries to foie gras. His passion for Italian cuisine has flourished throughout his career, particularly during his time at the James Beard-nominated Nostrana in Portland, OR. After falling in love with an Okie-born restaurant manager, Ben relocated to OKC and has since led the culinary programs at Ludivine and R&J Lounge and Supper Club.
Farfalle & Focaccia was inspired by the charming sidewalk cafes that Ben and his partner adored during their recent trip to Florence and Milan. Their mission? To serve authentic yet approachable Italian food in a playful, welcoming environment for every Oklahoman.
