The market results for the month of January 2024 show a slight slowdown in the markets we serve. It’s worth noting that January typically exhibits reduced activity in Oklahoma and across most of the US.

Active homes available decreased by 5.4%, possibly indicating sellers’ preference to list their properties in the upcoming spring season.

The average home sales increased by 1%, while the average days on the market rose by 7 days. These trends align with typical January patterns, influenced by holiday season carryover and inclement weather affecting showings and open houses.

As interest rates hold steady and with the approach of Spring, we anticipate a resurgence in market activity in the coming months.
