☀️ My Morning Must Have ☀️
Can you guys believe I now wake up at 5am?! 😲 I’ve been reading The Miracle Morning and it’s motivated me to start my day early. One of the first things I do is hydrate with a large glass of lemon water and sea salt. 🍋💧 This helps get my body going for the day!
