It’s a celebration!
No matter if you’re having a birthday party, class reunion, baby shower, or retirement party, you’re most likely looking for a place to hold the special event. I just made it a whole lot easier for you! I did the research, and here’s a list of OKC Metro’s Event Venues for all of your special event!
Oklahoma Contemporary – Folding Light
This is one of the NEWEST and AMAZING venues in the OKC Metro. This venue has both indoor and outdoor options. In fact, I was just there last week for a beer festival held on the lawn. It had a stage, band, food trucks and lots of beer booths! It’s located on 11th & Broadway in OKC. Click here for more information!
Plenty Mercantile
This venue was a very happy surprise for me. Many of us living in the OKC Metro know about Plenty Mercantile the retail/gift shop. In fact, I have blogged about it before. What I didn’t know is that it is also a very special venue. On the rooftop you can have a wedding, host a party or celebrate at a work retirement party! Will Rogers Theater
This venue has been around for many years, located off of Western Avenue, next to Sushi Neko. For me it holds a lot of wonderful, personal memories. It’s great for award ceremonies, fundraisers and parties. Click here for more information!
Castle Falls
Castle Falls is such a hidden gem for many locals and I want to make sure both locals and visitors are aware of this venue. I have an AMAZING birthday dinner here several years ago where I was the guest of honor. Yes, it was MY birthday. The food was amazing and the venue was so unique and memorable. I highly recommend looking into this one next time you are looking for a birthday or party venue of any kind! Click here for more information!
The Skirvin Hilton
I CANNOT say enough good things about this venue! The history behind this historic hotel is sooo interesting. It has had its ups & downs but it is hands down, one of the most beautiful hotels in the OKC Metro. I also have a lot of personal history with The Skirvin Hilton Hotel. Not only have I gone to countless fundraisers there and spent many evenings in their beautiful Red Piano Bar, but I also got married on the 14th floor in the infamous Venetian Room. The Boathouse District
The Boathouse is located on the Oklahoma River in downtown OKC. It is primarily a training center for rowers, but it is SO MUCH MORE! I personally trained there several years ago and learned how to row. They also have amazing regatta events there and now with RiverSport located there, the fun and outdoors adventures are practically endless. But despite all of that, I have also seen some amazing weddings take place here right on the water. This is one unique and memorable venue for any special event . Click here for more information!
