Hello OKC Metro Friends! As the weather warms up and spring turns into summer, it’s the perfect time to get out and enjoy all the amazing events happening around our community. From festivals and concerts to outdoor workouts and cultural experiences, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
If you’re looking to get moving and stay active, there are plenty of opportunities to do so. Join a free community workout in a beautiful outdoor setting, or participate in a bike ride under the full moon. Yoga and other wellness events are also available for those who want to relax and rejuvenate.
For foodies, there are several food festivals and celebrations happening throughout the community. From fried onion burgers to traditional Mexican cuisine, there’s no shortage of delicious food to indulge in. And for those who are interested in learning about local flora and fauna, there are workshops on beekeeping and creating a monarch way-station.
In addition to all these events, there are also cultural experiences to enjoy. Attend a ballet performance or a play at a local theater, or check out an exhibit at a museum. And for those who want to celebrate diversity and inclusivity , there are pride festivals and parades to participate in.
