🎡✨ It’s almost time for the Oklahoma State Fair! You know what that means… FAIR FOOD! 🎉

There are SO MANY new food options in 2025 (45 to be exact!), and we’ve picked a few of the most unique (and likely to be super popular) that we can’t wait to try…

But first…let’s talk about these interesting ones – would you try them?!

🥒 Cool Ranch Doritos Pickles (Diventuri) – Pickle chips or spears breaded with Cool Ranch Doritos and deep-fried.

🍫 Chocolate-Dipped Licorice Pieces (Licorice Ropes) – Different flavors of licorice dipped in chocolate.

Okay, these are the ones we can’t wait to try…

🍨 Straight Butter (Wondervan Pops) – Cookie butter ice cream dipped in chocolate, topped with Biscoff cookies, and drizzled with white chocolate.

🍓 Dubai Chocolate Mexican Funnel Cake (Gringo’s) – A churro funnel cake topped with strawberries, pistachio cream, shredded phyllo dough, milk chocolate, and powdered sugar.

🍑 Peach Cobbler in a Cone (Huston Concessions) – Warm peach cobbler scooped into a cone, topped with vanilla ice cream, and drizzled with caramel.

🍿 Caramel Popcorn Pie (Cutie Pies) – A caramel popcorn filling in a graham cracker crust, topped with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and crunchy popcorn.

🍉 Watermelon Salad (Rush Springs Watermelons) – Fresh watermelon chunks mixed with feta, basil, and a light balsamic vinaigrette.

🧀 Animal Style Cheese On-A-Stick (Brown’s Concessions) – Hand-dipped cheese on a stick topped with grilled onions, cheese, and a savory sauce.

🦞 Lobster Bites On-A-Stick (Yum Yum Bites) – Tender chunks of sweet lobster, lightly battered and fried until golden, served on a stick.
