There’s a buzz about changes coming in the real estate industry in mid-July 2024. As a dedicated professional, I always make sure to keep my knowledge sharp and negotiation skills on point, ensuring that I can work in the best interest of my clients.

For those who may not be aware, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) has announced a proposed settlement agreement that could potentially end litigation of claims brought on behalf of home sellers related to broker commissions.

It’s important to note that the settlement is subject to court approval. As real estate professionals, now more than ever, it’s our time to step up and work diligently for the benefit of our clients.
