This week’s OKC Metro hot spot is Soul Yoga! A friend and I just discovered this yoga studio and LOVED IT!

What I liked about it…..

Laura, one of the instructors is super friendly, encouraging and supportive. We loved our classes, but my favorite thing was the app. I was able to book sessions on my phone with no problem. They also have a TON of classes every day of the week, so check them out if you are thinking about starting yoga or changing studios. I like it so much I chose it for my Business of the Week featuring Soul Yoga.

As last week, they had a special, $29 for 1 week of unlimited sessions! They also offer several other packages. The larger the package, the bigger the discount! You can find Soul Yoga at 8028 N. May Avenue, OKC 73120
