🌟 Business Spotlight of the Week: Cafe de L’Asie
📍 617 W. Sheridan Ave., Oklahoma City
Café de L’Asie is an Asian-inspired, intercultural restaurant that combines diverse ingredients, cultures, and techniques to create bold, one-of-a-kind flavors. And seriously…you have to try the steamed buns!
The concept began as a small kitchen inside The Collective Kitchens + Cocktails in 2019. Founder Chef Vuong Nguyen earned his spot by dazzling the judges with his culinary talent and creativity.
A first-generation Vietnamese American born in Oklahoma City, Chef Vuong grew up in New Jersey before returning to OKC and training in classical French cuisine. His background allows him to move effortlessly from street eats to gourmet dishes—all while blending flavors without being limited by one culture, style, or tradition.
With creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for bringing people together through food, Café de L’Asie has earned recognition throughout Oklahoma City and beyond.
