Cinco de Marcho is celebrated every year on March 5 – exactly 12 days before St. Patrick’s Day. It’s a playful twist on Cinco de Mayo and is basically the “practice round” for all the green-beer festivities ahead.

Yes, it’s totally made up.
Yes, people still celebrate it.
And yes… it’s all in good fun. It’s more of a social media holiday than an official one.

The idea? A lighthearted way for the not-so-regular drinkers to “train” before St. Patrick’s Day arrives. Think of it as the preseason before the championship. 🏆🍻
